Pink Angel Plan Management was founded to address the complexity many NDIS participants face when managing their funds. Self-Managed: You (or your nominee) handle all invoices, payments, and budget tracking.

Agency-Managed: The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) pays providers directly. Only NDIS-registered providers are allowed.

Plan-Managed (Pink Angel PM): We take care of the financial and administrative tasks, freeing you to focus on your goals. You can choose both NDIS-registered and non-registered providers (as long as they charge within the NDIS Price Guide limits).

Yes. With plan management, you have the flexibility to engage NDIS-registered or non-registered providers. Just ensure their fees align with the NDIS Price Guide so we can process invoices smoothly.

We will seamlessly transition your plan management to the new plan. Simply share the updated details (e.g., plan dates and funding amounts), and we’ll update our records. If there are significant changes (e.g., new goals or different budgets), we can provide extra support to help you adjust.

We can only process payments at or below the NDIS price caps. If a provider’s rates exceed these limits, we’ll notify you and the provider to discuss options—such as renegotiating the rate or exploring alternative funding solutions.

We’ll contact you and your provider to clarify or correct any issues (e.g., missing details or exceeding NDIS price limits).

We don’t conduct the official plan review (that’s handled by the NDIA), but we can provide reports and insights on your spending patterns and remaining funds. This information can be very useful when preparing for a plan review or meeting with an NDIA planner.

While we’re primarily focused on managing invoices and budgets, we can offer general guidance or connect you with Support Coordinators who specialise in provider research and coordination. We may also have a network of providers who may be suitable for you. We respect participant choice and control.

It depends on your plan. Some categories have flexibility, while others (like Capital) do not. If you’re unsure, speak with your NDIA planner or Support Coordinator. We can help by providing you with real-time information on your category balances.

We maintain digital records of all invoices processed on your behalf. However, it can be helpful to keep your own copies—paper or digital—especially if you want to track details of each service delivered. This is optional but can provide extra peace of mind.

You have the right to choose and change providers at any time. If you have concerns, we encourage you to speak with the provider first. You can also reach out to us for guidance or escalate serious concerns to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

We value your feedback. If you’re ever dissatisfied, contact us directly to discuss the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it promptly. You can also request a copy of our complaints policy or contact the NDIS Commission if you feel the matter remains unresolved.

No. Our plan management fees are covered by the ‘Improved Life Choices’ budget in your NDIS plan (if included). There should be no extra cost to you beyond what the NDIS allocates for plan management.

It depends on the type of workshop and whether it’s deemed reasonable and necessary according to your plan goals and the NDIS guidelines. If you’re unsure, ask your Support Coordinator or contact us for general advice on whether an event can be claimed from your funding.

Our services are designed to be accessible online and by phone, which suits rural and remote participants. We process invoices electronically and offer virtual meetings or coaching sessions, ensuring distance isn’t a barrier to high-quality plan management.

Yes. We’re committed to inclusivity. We can arrange interpreters or bilingual staff (subject to availability) to ensure clear communication. Just let us know your preferred language when you sign up.

Generally, yes. NDIS funding can be used for supports delivered across Australia, provided they align with your plan’s goals. Keep us informed of your travel dates, and we’ll continue to manage invoices as usual.

We’ll track your spending and alert you if you approach certain thresholds (like 75% of your budget). However, it’s still a good idea for you to log in to the portal regularly to see your balances and ensure everything matches your expectations.

Yes. You can switch plan managers at any point. Contact us and we’ll guide you through the process. You may need to inform your current plan manager and ensure a smooth handover of any pending invoices or budget details.

We focus on plan management (financial and administrative aspects). Plan reviews and Support Coordination typically fall outside our direct scope. However, we’re happy to work alongside your Support Coordinator or provide records to help inform your plan review.
